Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fig'd ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Fig'd is developed and operated by Retro Panic.

Description of Service

Fig'd is an iOS application that uses artificial intelligence to transform user-provided photos into stylized action figure images in toy packaging. The service requires an internet connection and uses third-party AI processing.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos you provide to the app. By using Fig'd, you grant us a limited license to process your photos through our AI service solely for the purpose of generating your action figure image. You represent that you have the right to use any photos you submit and that your use does not violate the rights of others.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the photos you submit are of yourself or that you have obtained consent from any other individuals depicted.

Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

• Credit Packs are one-time, non-consumable purchases. Credits do not expire.
• Pro Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Submit photos of others without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app
• Circumvent usage limits or credit systems through technical manipulation
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

AI-Generated Content

Images generated by Fig'd are created by artificial intelligence and may not perfectly represent the original subject. We do not guarantee specific results. Generated images may occasionally be flagged by safety filters and not returned.

You may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes including sharing on social media.

Limitation of Liability

Fig'd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Fig'd available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. AI generation depends on third-party services that may experience downtime.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
