How does Fig'd work?

Take a selfie or upload a photo from your library. Add a character name, optional tagline and superpower, then pick a style pack. Fig'd sends your photo to an AI image model that renders you as a fully packaged action figure — blister pack and all.

How many free generations do I get?

Every day you get one free generation. After that, you can purchase credit packs to keep creating. Credits never expire.

My generation failed. What do I do?

First, make sure you have a stable internet connection. Then try again — occasional failures can happen due to high server load. If it keeps failing, contact us and we'll make it right.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. For refund requests, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, or open the app → Settings → Manage Subscription. We're happy to assist — email us if you're stuck.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Is my photo stored anywhere?

No. Your photo is sent directly to our AI provider for processing and is not stored on any server after generation completes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What style packs are available?

Fig'd launches with multiple themed packs — Classic Hero, Cyberpunk, Fantasy, Military, and more. New packs are added regularly.

The app crashed or isn't working. How do I report it?

Email us at the address below with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
